Getting messages from device to Azure IoT hub

Question

Hi, I am trying to receive messages from Raspberry Pi 3 to Azure IoT Hub. I am using Windows 10 IoT core for Raspberry Pi. When I try to monitor the communication via Device Explorer Tool, I always get this error i.e. (Receiving events... Stopped Monitoring events. Exception of type 'Microsoft.ServiceBus.Messaging.MessagingException' was thrown.) in the Device Explore app when monitoring. Can someone please advice me on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
