Getting Job In MNC?

Hi 

     One of my friend started his career in a small company and he was into Dotnet Domain .But He's facing salary issues where one month he may get and the next month he may not get his salary.Will this salary issue matters for him to get a job In MNC company or this issue will affect his career?Please give us suggestions.
