Getting help from help

Question

Can anyone tell me how in the world you are suppose to look things up using MSDN? I try to do something as simple as wanting to see things for sendkey function and get articles from 1992 and windows 3.0. Is this suppose to be helpful? 500 articles, none that I see for C# which was what I told it I wanted and the ones that are here are all so old they are no longer relevant. I've yet to be able to find what I need from the help system in Visual Studio 2005 and hoping its because I have something set wrong. Thanks, glenn
