getting error when exporting crystal report to excel or any

I have installed crystal report with visual studio 2010 when i am going to export it i am getting an error just like below

Method not found: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBag CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.ISCRExportOptions.get_ExportOptionsEx()'.
