Hello Developers, I have developed a website in asp.net and for backend, I used Ms-Sql 2008 R2. I completed developing my website and I have uploaded my website. After uploading, whenever I try to view my website I get 404.0 error whenever I click on any button, which is linked to another page. After loging in, I try to upload some content. Initially it works fine, but after sometime (like : I added some data 4-5 time, later on when I click on the same Add button or any other button to go to another page, I get this 404.0 error.) I checked all the links in my master page code file and the url to go to other page, but it is proper.
Sometimes, i click on suppose "Brands" button, then I get re-directed to my Brands page, but during the same session I check some other pages and then again click on "Brands" button then I get that 404.0 error. This is very annoying....
I know, usually 404.0 error is shown if the web server is not able to map the url properly, But i have checked the pages many times and I haven't found any issue in the coding part.
I do not know how to solve this, Is there anything that I have add in the web.config file or I have to tell the web service providers (who provided me web space) to check out for some things from their side.
Is there any changes in the IIS that has to be made by me??? I am not expert about IIS. Please help.... Its a bit urgent.
