Getting an error when using http as Web location

Question

Hii , i have installed visual studio 2013 ultimate in my laptop(Win8.1) and sql server 2008 .But problem is that whenever i am trying to use web location as http ,i am getting error.I can't use my laptop as  a server,but i done proper way to install iis i.e in browser http://localhost ,it works ,and gone to control panel ->add remove .......select IIS ->selected all check boxes etc.But i dont know where is the problem.Plz find the solution ,so that i will appreciated.
