Get public Ip of network

Hello,

 

I am creating an android app using CORDOVA. I am trying to get public IP of network when user logi. For this i have used cordova-plugin-network-interface. It's fetching correct for carrier network but for WIFI network it's giving local IP address. But i need to fecth public IP or Private IP.

 

Please any one, suggest me and guide me. How can i do this ?
