Get grid format buttons in menu tag in ribbion.xml file

I am using windows form application. I am adding the plug in to the word document.In ribbion.xml file I have menu tag, in that tag I added buttons tha are displaying in list. I want to display the button in the from of grid not in the list.Please any one help me in that its urgent.
