Get Data Using API.

Question

I have one query .How to get data using RestAPI.

 

I want to count total Login User in Application or Web and Showing List in Admin Side.My senior create two API 

for Count Total Count Login User.

 

 

But I have not Use WebAPI in MVC for GetData.Please Help me
