Get attendance from biometric machine directly in SQL Server

Question

I am working on attendance System. I daily use to update file to insert data in database using e time track software.

 

Is there any way may I get data directly into Sql Server. Through any store procedure or something else. It would help us to avoid manual edit which generally did by the updating person before update.
