Get all table references in SQL

That's the challenge of being a developer when management is not. Depending on the management, it might be a lot of work to get them to understand. It probably won't work to explain things in developer terms; you need to figure out how to present the problem and the solution in terms they understand, but I can't help with that. Just don't expect them to understand immediately.
 
When I went to conventions and shows and such for software, I noticed that sometimes they spent a lot of time describing a problem before presenting the subject that the presentation is about. Sometimes the presentation went directly to the subject of the presentation. I think the difference is that the presentations that spent a lot of time explaining the problem were meant for management that does not understand. Presentations for developers did not bother to dwell on the problem; we understood the problem already. So in other words, to help management understand, be sure to explain the problem well enough for them to understand.

I know what you are saying. The problem is starting at a new company and everything seems to fall apart. You think you want to make a change to something but do not know what might fall over if you make the change.
