generate a report in grid using th sqlce db for windows phone apps

hi,
   i hav a internal db, i need to generate a report based on the values genrated and that result is supposed to be displayed on a grid with rows ns columns. i want to know how to pass the value to a grid and display the same and span them across th grid.
