Genarate Panel and retrieve Values from Database

Question

Hi,

This is the first VB projects for me.

 

Earlier i used 5 blocks, i designed 5 panels in invisible mode, if 3 blocks created i was displayed 3 blocks, so i dint get any problem till now.

Now my requirement changed, Client wants to create more blocks,   if  8 blocks created in database,  i want to generate 8 panels with that block details,
