Framming a photo

I need a help, Can any body tell me how to frame a photo, i mean when click on a particular frame, the clicked frame should automatically fits the photo & if i dont like that frame then i'll select another frame & so on. This should be done in C#. Since this topic is new to me i need a help!! Thanking You, In Anticipation Abhay Nawale
