Forms Count in C#

Sorry guys , am new on this site so am not sure if this had been discussed... Can any one help me on how i can check wether there are forms that are still loaded or are already loaded? In VB ... you can use the FORMS.COUNT ..... ... is there anything similar in C# thanks....
