Form being TopMost with a DataGrid

Question

With any form I have if I add a DataGrid to the form, the from will no longer be TopMost when it's not the active window. If I take the DataGrid away it works like it should and remains TopMost it's just when I use a DataGrid on the form that it will not stay TopMost....Any Suggestions?? Thanks
