Forgot Password is not sending Email in ASP.NET MVC Identity

Question

Am trying to Implement User Management in ASP.NET MVC whereby, if user forgets his password he goes to forgot password. Puts his email and and email is sent to him for password reset. But its not sending the email.

Or is there any other way I can implement it.
