For update I have to click twice

Question

Hi All,

I have a form with textbox inputs and a update button. Using that I want to update my data to database. While I click update button first time it remains the previous state, again I click the update button then its get updated. But I want to fire the event in single click. This my problem If anyone  knows help me.
