Font IDAutomationHC39M not reflecting on Server

Font IDAutomationHC39M not reflecting on Server but working successfully on LocalHost and asked people controlling server to place this Font IDAutomationHC39M in there Conrtrol Panel--> Fonts Folder they did that too but still its not reflecting online
