Flash Uploader To upload multiple images

Hello Sir/Madam

I am using FalshUploader to upload multiple images in my site http://www.photodekho.com/. i implement this successfully, But when I try to upload any image it give me a error message :-
There has been an I/O error: Error #2032: Stream error: URL .... all times.

please help me to resolve this ASAP
