Am a new person in the world of programming and i have a quiz to solve, i wud need assistance where possible and sugesstion on to go about programming. Pls i need books that would help me out.
Qs: Using any selection construct of BASIC, FORTRAN or PASCAL in conjuction with random number genration and any other necessary statement, function and procedure; write a software to produce 10 multiple choices questions in software engineering.
The page should provide five choices to each question of whihc one choice must be the right answer to the question.
Three chances in bracket or attempt will be allow for each quesiton. If the user gets the answer in the first attempt, he scoresc 1point, if he getsf it in the second attempt, he scores2/3 and if he gets it in the second attempt he scores 1/3, but if he fails after three attempts he gets zero. The program should be able to computer the total scores as well as % or fraction and make remark. The program should display one question at a time. Finally convert the program to a standalone.
