finding a values from a table ?

i have two questions for u please clarify ..

 

1.how to find 2nd hiest salary from a table

 

 

2.in a table conating with employee details like bellow

 

id   name  salary  company spouce   spoucecompany

 1    rama   1000   wipro       setha      abc

2     laxman 200    abc         urmila      abc

3     bharath 3000 xyz          aasui       xyz

 

now i want data that is where husbend and spouse working in same company ..

please claryfy...
