Finding a system for our thesis and defense

Question

Hi I'm a graduating student and my Professor ask my group for a thesis to made a different thesis, My prof doesn't like payroll, enrollment, inventory, library etc that is common!!! I want a piece of an advice of what we will do and what system we will do. Can you please help me. i appreciate your help thank you so much .
