find greates digit from 4 igit number

Dear friends

Please some one can give me direction to find the greatest digit from a 4 digit number

in a single statement .due to call in in multiple loops .If i will find it in a loop

that will be loose perfermance

Yes you can find the greates digit from a 4 digit number.
I solved for 3 digit number.sir you can follow the programe and get it
in a single statement.But call the function from another function
public static int getheighestdigit(int no)
   {

   int digit = (no%10 > (no/10)%10 ? no%10 : (no/10)%10) > (no/100) ? (no%10 > (no/10)%10 ? no%10 : (no/10)%10) : (no/100);
       return digit;
   }

You can use Math.Max(num1, num2)
