Find Control in a dynamic controls

Question

I create dynamic Label and PictureBox that locate in a dinamicly add panel in winform that have multiple dinamicly added panel .when I click on the PictureBox I want to change the color of the label above the PictureBox.

how can I find the label in the panel ?
