          i am going to develop project .That project Following function

• File sending to user
• File receiving 
• file converting different format 
• Send bulk file and folder 
• project as like www.digitaldunia.com
•                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
•  Please tell me should i use WCF . And i am new in MVC .Should i developed this on asp.net MVC  or Asp.net c#
