File Is being used by another process, When Deleting Image.

When I am deleting image from live Server , then I am facing much problem(Exception) always like "This File Is being used by another process".

When I test it on local machine then it works fine but for live server it is always giving error , I tried it with many ways but fail. plz help ASAP.
