File download application.

Question

Hi all ,

              Iam trying to create a new project which will take some data from the database and download it to user in the front end. I was thinking to use new technologies. So I used webapi to get the data from the db. Now I am kind of confused regarding the framework I should use for downloading the files. I thought I should try Angular.

If any know any better way , just let me know .
