fetching data from DB to webservice ? error ?

still my last question was un-answered which is near same :)


I Created a web-service with connection string (sql), web methods etc . . . I tried to create a web-form on same website The application is working fine but when i tried to access the same web-service from other website to retrieve data ?? its not functioning right ///




check my attachment and resolve this simple issue :(
