fetch the correct file... with the key term(.doc,pdf )

I want to be uploading time any kind of files converted into .txt format.... because in Regex  function only read .txt file contents properly. here with i've enclosed my code below.... or help another one thing .docx files contents are read by encoded format.. so please give me the solutions...
