Fetch data from database with LINQ.

I am looking at the exercise on repeateriterationoncart and trying to impliment same in my project website and when i click on Add in solution explorer to include the Class LINQ TO SQL (DBML file to App_Code folder) it does not exist in my VS 2019.

Is it renamed something else?
