Fetch and display Image from database

Hi,

I have one table with fields

Id,Upload file on database

Ex:Id-1 ,Upload file-F:\Upload a file inmaster(asp.net)\Upload a file inmaster(asp.net)\App_Data\images.jpg

I have one image on server i need to display that image on view(background image)

Could you please kindly help me

i am using anjularjs and mvc
