Fatal Application Error - Exception : 0xC0000005

Question

Hi Forum,

Im writing an application to a Symbol MC3000 PDT device. Running on Windows CE 4.2 .net compact framework 2.0 SQL server CE.

Everything works fine except, when I try to save the collection of barcodes I have scanned to SQL CE database available in the device itself,  I get the following error.

 Fatal Application Error

Application QPostMScaning.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists contact the program vendor.

Exception : 0xC0000005

This doesn't happen every time, If I try 10 times at least 2 times the application will raise this error.

I have gone through the code, tried reducing the number of items I scan in a batch, yet im unable to find the cause for this error.

 Can some one guide me please.
