Facing Issue while creating a community site collection

Hi,


While i'm creating the site collection in sharepoint 2013(onpremise) webapplication by using central administration, i'm facing the below issue 

Sorry, something went wrong 
The SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature must be activated at the site collection level before the Publishing feature can be activated. 
Technical Details 

Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
