facing a problem while downloading a file

Hello All

    I am facing a problem while downloading a file from the folder inside the     C:/inetpub/wwwroot/{someflodername}/{somefilename}.txt it was working fine when there was     not website hosted of port number 80(default port).
   
    The URL for download the file is i.e. http://www.test.com/{someflodername}/    {somefilename}.txt at     his stage there was no web site hosted on port 80 and its working     fine.

       
    Now i have hosted a web site on port 80 and the downloading process is not working any     more.
    with the same url it is not working any more and seems like it is searching the     downloadable file inside the we site that i host on 80 port.
   
    Please help me who i can download file from the folder inside the C:/inetpub/wwwroot/     while a website is running on port 80.
