export data to excel file in aasp.net

hi,

I am working on .net 4.5 and i am getting some issue to export data to excel.
I have a form witch contains questions and answer, answers can cantains check boxes, radio button or drop down list etc and i want this in a excel sheet.
So please reply for the same ASAP.
