exe application does not run via Task Scheduler Wind8 server

Question

I have an executable application currently running on window server 2003. I moved the application to Window server 2008 and scheduled it to run but it did not run. When i try to run manually by double clicking the application from the app folder it ran. 

 

I do not know whats the issue? and how do i fix it?

 

When i tried to run the application from schedular with under my account, it pops the box with following message.

I do not know what is missing since it runs perfectly without any error when execute mannually.. Please help me.
