The other project is the Project Deployment Wizard (PDW), however the client machine will still need the .NET Framework installed on the machine as the PDW does not include the framework in the setup files. For more advanced users, there is a sample 'Bootstrapper' project that Microsoft has created to automatically deploy the .net framework with a project, after the PDW has been compelted.

whats the other way to do the project in VS then?

The other person would need the .net framework installed. Then, you should be able to copy the BIN folder in your project to another computer (having the framework installed) and run the app. (assuming all referenced files are also copied) This isn't at all the way to deploy an application to a client. To do that, you would need to make a completely different project in VS.
