Excel Multi user track record

Question

Sir,

 

I am working in a MNC company.My Problem is I have a excel file that 5-6 person are working on that file.If anything wrong happened in file like formula delete, typing error, then everone say that I did not do that sir.

For this problem I want to create multi user login with access right.

 

But my problem is if any user did the mistake the how can we track or check that mistake. I want my login Id with all acces right or check my subordinate user Id by Colour Coding or any other method.

 

If there is any other method then please share with me.
