Excel file cannot open when export data from datagrid to excel ?

Hi,
Excel file cannot open when export data from datagrid to excel. when i open excel it displays the below error,
"Excel found unreadable content in 'data.xls'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes."
