Excel export without Creating on IIS

Dear All

Good Days !!!

I would like to know the correct steps to export data in excel file.

My Envirioment is

Visual studio 2010

SQL Server 2008

Frame work 4.5

The output file SOULD NOT BE CREATED ON IIS SERVER -

Please help your guidence for this requirment.
