Excel DLLs

Question

Hi all, I have a a page that imports an excel worksheet into a SQL Server Table, I am getting an Error telling me the Excel Libraries are not registered. Is there a way I can get around this without installing Excel on the webserver. I have tried using regsvr32.exe but they are not ActiveX objects. you can see the error if you go to http://212.102.232.75/quali-me/admin/excelimport.aspx and click the "Go" button. Thanks in advance,
