Event Receiver on Custom List

Question

Hi,

 

I have gone through the article you have added. But i have one question when we replace element.xml file ListTemplateId with List Url then will it only associate with that particular list.

It would run for all of the Lists. Also, what will be the scope to deploy Event Receiver ?
