event handler in the button of grid view row selection

Question

I am displaying a table in the page with the help of grid view where we get the contents of the job vacancies and also button displayed with each row having two buttons "APPLY JOB" and "SAVE JOB". I want to handle the on clicking  event of each buttons based on the specified row.I have tried a lot of coding.  If i click on apply job of one if the row button then it save or handle some event based on the button of that row.



thanks the code i got is working fine.
Now i want that the button in the row i select the data button pressed row data should be fetched in the string.
So that i can use it to store it in the database.
