Error while Installing Sql Server

Question

Hi,
I have downloaded SQL Server2000 Developers edition(64 Bit) and also Enterprise Edition(64Bit).
While Installing Sql Server 2000 Developers Edition and also Enterprise Edition(64Bit) I am getting error like this.

Folder Path\Setup.exe is not a valid win 32 application..
How Can i simplify this error.I am using XP proffessional version..

Pls tell me the solution for that..
