Error on Properties Security tab

Question

I'm actually using VS 2005. I inherited a program that appears to be running fine and all the code seems to work without any issues. However when I go to the properties of the project then the Security Tab, It displays the following (VERY GENERIC) message...

An error occurred trying to load the page.
Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Any suggestions on where to start or somethings to check?
