Error - OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1

Question

Dear Team,

 

I have a project with backend as Oracle. 

 

But, while accessing the ORacle Database from Visual Studio 2017, I am getting the following error -

 

OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1 but error message text was not available.

 

PLease guide - How do I resolve this ?
