Error Object reference via Load Ba-lancer server VB.NET App

Question

I have developed application in vb.net and its working on Dev and UAT Sever but after deployed on Production server (There are Two server and One Load-Balancer server on Production) then getting error "Object referecne not set to instance of object", "Thread was aborted" while after logged in and moving in difference section via Menu so in between any time getting error.

 

 

Please help ... its very argent bcoz we are stuck on production and my application is not using to any body..

 

Note: Production Application setup on Intranet.
