Error not replicating when replicated in server

Question

Hi all

I am not able to regenerate the error which was generated in the application when hosted in the server

please help

 

when i deployed the application in the server,and  I am running the application it says  "404-File or directory not Found."

but all the files have been deployed in the server. and when i run the same application through Visual Studio,It runs fine
