Error in workflow

There are several errors in workflow.

1. Go to forums when you are not logged in. Post a question and you will see Login control. Then after login, I go to Tips page. I should go to forums new posting page.

2. Go to Blogs listing. Go to Page #3 and read a blog. Go back will take you back to the first page. I should still be on #3 page.
